We will go with you on any site visit bringing along our extensive knowledge of the venue to help Your client in necessary technical discussions with the venue and “in house” representatives. This is the best time to review the program inside the meeting space and ascertain if any issues are in place that may hamper the event. Quite often issues with the chandeliers, power, freight elevators, or the loading dock may be seen only during the site visit. Identifying these potential challenges will save Your client money.
