Convention Center Widescreens

ShowsToGo and Michael J. Orlando provided Technical Direction services for a 12,000 person event at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The production had (3) 20' X 60' Superwide main screens and (3) 15' X 45' Superwide delay screens. Video also had a four camera system including a Jib. LED scenic walls were placed between each main screen and a small LED wall was placed on the stage under the center main screen. A Watchout system was used with a Barco E2 to feed the widescreens and the LED content. A web stream and a social media feed were both incorporated into the show. Rigging required 120 motors for all elements including the house light pods and truss for the drape walls. I provided all 3D CAD drawings of the room with all technical elements and seating.
