Multi Screen Show

With 960 attendees from a large software company, The production company was asked to provide a multi-image presentation with different projection formats to deliver the message of the meeting. They decided on a 5 screen presentation using landscape and portrait looks. The client produced several unique video looks in both still and moving graphics across all the screens as one canvas to intrigue the audience.

The next challenge was to fit the audience into the assigned space with the end users desire to sit the audience in rounds of 7 seats throughout the space. The task was accomplished and the 3D CAD design was approved by the local fire marshal.

As the story goes, when you have lemons, make lemonade. The next challenge was a big one. The hotel double booked the space and pushed back our morning load to the late afternoon. A lot of planning and coordination with the event before us helped make the transition a success. We were able to accomplish our set up by late in the evening and were ready for a "must be ready for" rehearsal with the SVP of the company the next day.

Across several days of programs with demo presentations from the stage and an awards banquet, every day went flawless and the technical team performed without any technical issues. The production company as well as the end client were very happy with the outcome.
